I painted my nails. They did look really nice.
Then in ceramics as I was trying to utilize the slab roller...I managed to roll my fingers through the crushing rollers of doom.
It hurt. And I ruined my nails.
On a happy note, I've registered for my classes for next spring.
9 credit hours and I'm getting two more generals out of the way :).
I've been trying to get humanities credit (needed for generals) but I cannot find any class that counts for that! It's stupid. And I need 2 classes.
But after this...I'll need one art and math credit, and two humanities credits. AND THEN! BAM! Done with generals. I'll take at least one of those over the summer.
I think I'm pretty decided on majoring in Anthropology and minoring in Political Science, and if all goes super well, French as well.
And then could I be any more qualified for the Peace Corps?
Speaking of the Peace Corps, I've found an organization in which I can volunteer through quite cheaply ($300 to $400 + my plain ticket) and they'll send me to Vietnam to work with Kids for 2 weeks.
I was going to go this summer, but my Mama rained on my parade and told me they (her and dad)wouldn't lend me the money for the plain ticket.
Which is fair. But it sucks. So as soon as I can save up the money for the ticket, I'm GONE! And I'm thinking of just scheduling a couple of trips so that I just say in Vietnam for 4 weeks.
So yes. Despite things on a more personal level still REALLY sucking, at least school is going well.
